Solution In most cases, this is because you are running an older version of Netscape or Mozilla that does not automatically call Windows Media Player. The simplest solution is to upgrade your browser to the latest version at www.mozilla.org (it's free.) You can also work around the problem by manually opening Windows Media Player by going to start | programs | accessories | entertainment | Media Player and directly entering the URL of the streaming video you want to view.
