Video problems, streaming video stutters or stops
Video problems, streaming video stutters or stops
Solution
Usually this problem happens because of a slow internet connection at the user's end. Our videos are encoded at a very high bitrate (1Mbps) and it only streams well on broadband connections that are fast (cable) as opposed to DSL.
What you can do is right click on the "view video" button for the clip you want to see, then choose "save as" then save the video to your hard drive, then, once it's fully downloaded, you can view it by clicking on the file or by opening it in Windows Media Player. This has the added advantage of allowing you to store the video and view it later when you're not connected to the site.
Please let us know if that doesn't solve the problem.
