Solution To cancel your membership, go to www.ccbill.com or www.epoch.com (depending on which billing provider originally processed your transaction.)

For Epoch, go to www.epoch.com and click "Billing Support" and then Cancel and then follow the instructions. If you have trouble, or if you can't provide any of the information they are asking for, you can call them 24/7 at 800-893-8871 (US) or 310-654-5810 (International)

For CCBill, go to www.ccbill.com, and click "Cancel" and follow the instructions. If you have trouble, or if you can't provide any of the information they are asking for, call them directly at 1-888-596-9279 (24/7) and they will assist you.
